Important announcement for 2007-2008 Competitions

On May 7, 2007, the ISU issued Communication No. 1445 pertaining to
Single and Pair Skating.  The U.S. Figure Skating Technical Group has
agreed that these changes will take effect at all domestic
non-qualifying events on or after June 10, 2007.

The following areas are covered in this communication:

1.         Technical Rules Clarifications and Changes for the 2007-2008 season

2.         Levels of Difficulty of Single/Pair elements

3.         Guidelines for marking GOE of Single/Pair elements

4.         Changes in the Scales of Values
